Absolutely predatory. I have 3 insurances that I have already used several times this year with no issues. These people lied to me to my face and told me my deductible hasn't been met this year, when I literally just got off the phone with my insurances yesterday. They told me I owed $114 before I was even seen, after riding 30 minutes through the rain for a FOLLOW UP. JP may be fine but her front desk employees are incompetent and do not understand how insurance works.
Dr. JAIMES is so caring and kind. Answers all my questions and takes her time. Juliet for Botox is amazing! Love Sarah at the front desk ! Definitely a wonderful office with amazing staff!
