I had an appointment at 12, but I didn’t get seen until 1:30. It felt unfair because people who didn’t even have appointments got seen before me just because they wrote their name down first. I think they should see people based on their appointment time, not just who writes their name first.
I’m taking my uncle very long time. Dr Islam is very knowledgeable doctor take care my uncle very well. Spent enough time with my uncle . Listen his complaints, I no issue with front staff . They try to do their best.
