My daughter had an appointment to pick up a mouth guard. I called and spoke with Shannon and asked if I could bring my teen in for an earlier appointment. Shannon gave me a new appointment time to be there 5 mins before the new time Shannon called me and says to take my time that the Dr took another patient that arrived early.
