Dr. Cervantes is an excellent optometrist we have ever been to. She is knowledgeable and attentive to her patients and addresses any questions being asked to her or the staff. Her recommendation help my daughter to improve her vision. Alex is very rude over the phone. She hung up before I was able to ask her questions, as well as complained about her “having a lot going on”. She sounded frustrated and it was just a bad over the phone experience.
