I had a root canal done here by Dr Lew, I will admit I was anxious at first about pain and the procedure, he was super reassuring and very talkative throughout the procedure, he also made sure I was super numb and I didnt feel any of the procedure. He also was explaining what part of it we were on which also helped my nerves, I've had dental cleanings done here also the lady dental hygienist is super nice and talkative aswell. Dr. Poupore and his staff were great as always!
I am giving 5 stars due to the help I’ve received from the new owner Dr. Lew. In the past I thought I was in good hands with Dr. Poupore but after having one tooth extracted by Dr. Lew due to a botched root canal from Dr. Poupore I’m beginning to think I was naive in my belief that he was a good dentist. I am now being treated for a second failed root canal done by Dr. Poupore. After all is said and done I will be $12,000 in debt to get two implants where the root canals failed. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I arrived for a scheduled appointment to replace a crown, for which I had already provided all requested information, including recent X-rays. Despite this, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or update. To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of communication between the front desk and the manager. I called and scheduled an appointment stressing that I have a tooth bothering me so bad I can barely eat and that is still the case, the soonest appointment was a two week wait. I just showed up for my appointment and my name was not in the system and turned me down for my dental appointment. The soonest they could reschedule me is 2-3 weeks out needless to say I will not be wasting any more off my time off from work to get turned away again.
