He was a great dentist for years. Very dissatisfied with telling me he was going to do the dental work as planned but it was completely the opposite.

Called to establish care for 5 year old with a loose crown and was given an appt 3 months away. Fast forward to appt day, the office called me multiple times unable to look up the insurance correctly. My personal insurance agent called and provided them the information and she still could not locate it. Were going to make us pay out of pocket. I had a terrible experience here after years of alrightish experiences. Went in to get my fillings done, assumed he was going to use white fillings because I had them there in the past, he never asked what kind I wanted I just assumed it was common practice to use white fillings. The whole time while getting my fillings he was rubbing his tools against my front teeth when he’d take them out and put them in.
