I would have advised my daughter to stay far away......... My daughter transferred to Univ of Louisville in Jan. 2015 and decided to take a room that was available in a house (actually half of the house, as it was set up as a duplex) occupied by five of her soccer teammates. The place was old, and tired, but had a great location near campus.
