I don’t even want to give one star. - unreachable -doesn’t have time for you -talks to you for 30 seconds -rude doctor, rude staff -literally told me my primary care was handling my antidepressant so let them handle it and the psychiatrist refused to listen or help or suggest alternatives. I told him it wasn’t working. -oftentimes does not remember anything about my file or meds or treatment. Always says “can we talk about it next time?” -not doing the prior authorization -getting angry on the phone -receptionist is terrible... read more
I've always had a good relationship with Dr. JUN YANG for some time. But lately there's absolutely no corresponding with front desk..no rtn emails. What the hell is going on I'm dealing with depression and insomnia I need my meds. I guess I'll have to find another psychic
