I had very bad experience this office had very bad customer service i did colonoscopy and they let me get up i was still half sleep the service was very bad and i waited 2 hours before they started and i dont think the dr did the test i think the nurse did it very very bad clinic.
Every time i am there, there are 4 girls working the office. however, out of the 130 times i have called during business hours, they have answered the phone once. makes it hard to check up on biopsy results....
The people who works in this office know nothing about dealing with patients. They don't even want to send referrals for ct scan. They have been lying and put me on hold every time I call for more than 15 mins. Basically they don't want to do their job.
