I had an overall very positive experience with Dr. Jonathan Davidson and his staff. Scheduling was smooth, and I had no issues getting my appointment set up. Check-in was also easy and organized. The main reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the extremely long wait time. My endoscopy appointment was scheduled for 12:00 p.m., but my IV was not started until around 2:00 p.m. After that, I waited again until approximately 3:30 p.m. before being taken in for the procedure. I had my medical procedures done here, and I can truly say it was an excellent experience. From the prep work at home, to the preparation in the office, and all the way through the post-procedure care, I felt closely guided and supported by Dr. Jonathan Davidson and his amazing staff. This office is the shitty office I ever seen. We had an appointment at 10 o’clock. then the customer service is very bad and after two hours been waiting for the appointment and we called them. They said OK. The doctor is not free so we have to work around with the doctor timing. They schedule an appointment and after two hours they don’t call and they are very disrespectful they hang up on the phone keep calling them. They don’t pick up the phone. I never recommend anybody to go to this to the doctor, Davidson
I wouldn't trust these people with keeping a pet rock alive... I was referred to this facility for severe crohns disease > it took calling this building 5 times a day for a little over 3 weeks just to get a single person to answer... by the time I got someone to answer I was in a desperate state of internal bleeding, vomiting and excruciating pain and this had been going on for 5 days straight being unable to eat food or hold water for more than 30 seconds. by some miracle I got someone to answer on my 5th day of being sick ... read more
They don't answer the phone ever... Unless they want to cancel your appointment! They made me an apt for last Friday, and when I called she said she made a mistake and it's actually today. Well my phone didn't ring and I missed the call by 3 mins. Now I have called 7 times and nothing... You know? It's ok to actually care about people! It's wild how they are even in business.
