Lot of people complain about this place because its hard to get ahold of but if you do the service is adequate -- its important to note that if you are getting ingrown nails removed and its your first time typically the process to do so involves killing part of the nail bed and aggressive removal of the nail that is causing the problem and ultimately will leave a some what disfigured nail moving forward especially in worst case scenarios. The staff are all really friendly and professional. Sharon was very thorough and explained to everything to me when I came in for my appointment today. Dr Lih was kind and it felt like I was connecting with a friend as she was so personable.
Not sure why this place has any negative reviews! I had the most pleasant experience here. After being treated very rudely over the phone by a podiatrist reception in Chilliwack, I made the call here. The receptionist was knowledgable, extremely kind and even offered me the number of another place if I needed to be seen same day. They got me in quickly to clean up my toe so I could make it through the weekend, and worked around my schedule for a follow up appointment for the procedure. Dr. Youth has been absolutely amazing , we're still working to pin point the exact cause of the pain, but I leave with relief every time.
