Made a mistake to the store very good service
Absolutely the worst experience of my life the Spanish kid NITO there that doesn’t own the shop and the Asian guy that owns the shop are the biggest scammers around! I’m from Rochester I drove over an hour to get my gold chain dipped rose gold to match a rose gold watch I have I specifically said I need the chain to be the same color as the watch NITO said no problem I leave it there for a few hours they call me to come back to pick it up I show up the chain and bracelet I had dipped rose gold turned out pink not even close ... read more

I’ve taken many necklaces, rings, and watches for repair or resizing and they’ve all been skillfully done. The owner is lovely, and well-versed in his craft. Highly recommend his services and the prices are always fair!
I needed a diamond bracelet fixed, Kay jeweler said they could not fix it, went to Grabler jeweled on union rd, they said they couldn’t fix it, a lady from work told me to go see him, “ he can fix anything”. He did !!! Very happy with his work He’s got very good prices , & “ he can fix everything,” he’s the only jeweler I go to
