Amazing doctor held back by an unprofessional and rude receptionist.
This "doctor" has absolutely no empathy. A severely traumatized patient seeking help from a licensed doctor should not receive more abuse. I can honestly say she did me more harm. It was suggested that I file a report to the state based on her statements to me.
The receptionist was incredibly rude. It took me over a month to get this appointment and today when I was suppose to have the appointment at 1pm no one called me. I called them at 1:10 and she told me the doctor was running behind, okay fine, so she says I can pay well I wait. She runs my card twice and says it declined when I know there enough on it. So I call them bank and they couldn’t figure out the issue so I call back and ask if I can be billed and she says “No you should have been prepared, you’ll have to reschedule”... read more
