Highly recommend this place for eye surgery. I was trying to obtain an invoice but was not able to get it email and had to physically drive in from out of town to pick it up. For a well established office, confused why it could not be scanned and emailed, I believe Lois (receptionist) could have handle the situation better during our conversation over the phone.

Dr Chambers charged me almost $9000 for a bridge, which he told me would last me until I died basically. Now 2 years later it is loose and I am told there is no guarantee. I am not impressed.
