I was 23 years old when I had my first and only appointment with Dr. Jay Lackman. At that visit, he completed a dental cleaning, obtained X-rays, and recommended the extraction of multiple teeth with placement of implants. At the time, I had no dental pain or functional complaints, no crowns or major restorations, and only a small number of minor fillings.
