My experience with Driveway Fitness has been amazing. After having three children, Coach Lima provided the guidance to loose the extra weight and I’m now stronger than ever both physically and mentally. Coach Lima takes the time to understand your fitness and nutrition goals and works with you to personalize a plan. Driveway fitness isn’t only an amazing place to focas on the physical heath but also on the mental aspect. Coach lima has a great passion for what he does and he truly cares for the people he works with. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my journey to weight loss and strength building. Body and mind.
What can I say about coach Lima? He is a motivator, a realist, a listener, a teacher and most of all a friend. He's encouraging and pushes you to do your best. Coach allows you to focus on your inner-self to becoming your best you! I look forward to my training sessions and always excited about my transformation.
