I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a car and was given a damaged, worn-out key. I was told that a new key would be provided, but despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response. Chris, who was supposed to handle the issue, has not gotten back to me. Additionally, the dealership failed to send the registration to the DMV, causing further inconvenience. I suggest looking elsewhere if you're considering buying a car.
We took our Ram Promaster for an inspection, oil change, and new tires. Everything was fine before we dropped the van off, just needed routine maintenance. We got our vehicle back with the alignment out of wack, tire pressure light on, low coolant, and a loose hose in the engine compartment. We took our van to another shop for an alignment and they found that one of wheel hubs was damaged.

Very rude and unprofessional sales and Chrysler and Dodge Jeep Ram parts dealership. They did not apologize about the few times I was dragged to the dealership because of their mistake (selling used product/previously installed). The parts department manager is a very dishonest lady. Avoid this dealership. There is a much better dealership in Beaverton with better pricing!
