Did a class with Shruthi and wow. Best workout I have ever done hands down. If you have a chance to do a class with her GO! She was considerate, and made sure I fully understood every move and would help me figure it out at my pace while making sure I felt challenged. I loved the music choice, the flow of the class, and how easy it was to understand and finish the class. I’ll DEFINITELY be going back and I recommend everyone sign up ASAP! Thanks Shruthi for such a great class!
Lindsey is awesome, and runs her business in a way that truly focuses on her clients. The work outs are challenging and rewarding. The coaches keep you motivated and are very welcoming.
Lauren Tew is an incredible LaGree instructor. She will have your glutes on fire like a volcano is about to erupt. If you want to build a peach, she's your girl. She has a funny and bright personality and she can kick your butt into gear with motivation when you need it. Would take her class again! Your body will regret it if you don't!!
I tried a few Lagree/Pilates studios before deciding to join Drive Train, and I’m so glad I did. The small, locally owned studio vibe really sets it apart. When you sign up, the owner Lindsey personally reaches out by text and is always available if you need help with any questions, which makes the experience feel very welcoming and personal.
