I was visiting from out of town and tried this studio and it was literally amazing. I loved the routine the instructor had planned - heavy legs plus side lying presses and scrambled eggs!! I also loved this version of the mega reformers the studio had. The studio was very clean. Next time I’m in town I’m trying the sound bath class. It was an awesome workout and I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to really get toned.

Excellent Lagree pirates studio. Varied instructors, if one doesn't fit your preference, you will have no problem finding one you like. I have 3 instructors I like best and between their varied schedules can easily find class times that fit for me.

Did a class with Shruthi and wow. Best workout I have ever done hands down. If you have a chance to do a class with her GO! She was considerate, and made sure I fully understood every move and would help me figure it out at my pace while making sure I felt challenged. I loved the music choice, the flow of the class, and how easy it was to understand and finish the class. I’ll DEFINITELY be going back and I recommend everyone sign up ASAP! Thanks Shruthi for such a great class!
