I requested a quote a little more than 48 hours ago from drivetime for a car that I am looking to part ways with. Since submitting that request online I have recieved FIVE voicemails of an identical pre-recorded message from a phone number spoofed to look like a local (to me) call asking me to give them a call. Joe was very professional and understanding and very easy to work
I worked with Joe 2.5 years ago (12/09/2023) to purchase a 2021 Chevy Trax with 11K miles on it. I’d like to start with the fact they legit force you to give them a good review prior to leaving. They literally hound you. Two weeks after owning my car, my catalytic converter had to be completely replaced. The replacement also had a fail; and I had to do yet another replacement.
