Sold me a car I had to return the next day - drove it home and all the dashboard lights started turning on . They won’t replace the battery even though I pointed out corrosion on it before purchasing.
Purchased this vehicle on 8/18/26 by Cliff. On 8/21/26, I noticed a strong burning rubber smell coming from the vehicle. I attempted to return the vehicle to DriveTime on 8/21/26, but while I was on my way to the dealership, the tire blew out. Mind you, this is within their “5 day return policy”. I had hoped to either return the vehicle and receive my down payment back or exchange it for another vehicle, but my request was denied.
