12/30/2017 Update!: called customer service on the 27th of this month, they are refusing any help because my warranty doesn't cover the part. I have already filed a complaint with Attorney General of Illinois the second time, first time was because my car autocheck report says front center when carfax says possible frame damage, oh and there was a second accident that wasn't reported, paint on my back bummer is different from my trunk.
