Very rude staff
They dropped my son's car that had been stolen outside the lot for him to pick up, vehicle didn't start and had been hot wired, they told him sorry their job was just getting outside the gate. Horrible customer service, lousy communication, Ended up waiting for 2 hours for AAA to take care of all of their mistakes
