Due to the lack of accountability on the owners end (whom I assume to be Lee) my vehicle was not worked on when we were told it was. He said it would be ready in a week, so I called a week later only to find out it hadn't been even worked on yet when he said it would be ready. Then proceed to tell me "it is a quick fix and will only take a few hours" Upon receiving my vehicle afterwards I noticed a new dent on the trunk.
