I don’t care how good you are at what you do, it doesn’t take a genius to build driveshafts, and the way you talk to your customers says a lot about your business. Without the customers, you have no business. Driveshafts Unlimited strongly needs to work on customer service.
Driveshaft made in 3 days with all new joints and carrier bearing.
Guy was a tool at the front desk when I came in. Tried to talk to me like I was some dumb 16 year old kid cleaning his toilets right off the bat. I went to SRP instead, getting a complete driveshaft built for $500. Same lead-time. Price was the same but he was polite and respectful. Had heard this place was great for years, and I'm not going to comment on the quality. I'm sure they still do good work. but after mentioning how things went today to a few other rod/custom shop owners I know in the area it sounds like I'm not th... read more
