I don’t care how good you are at what you do, it doesn’t take a genius to build driveshafts, and the way you talk to your customers says a lot about your business. Without the customers, you have no business. Driveshafts Unlimited strongly needs to work on customer service.
Driveshaft made in 3 days with all new joints and carrier bearing.
Guy was a tool at the front desk when I came in. Tried to talk to me like I was some dumb 16 year old kid cleaning his toilets right off the bat. I went to SRP instead, getting a complete driveshaft built for $500. Same lead-time. Price was the same but he was polite and respectful. Had heard this place was great for years, and I'm not going to comment on the quality.
