Having bought a 'chinesium' VFD that promptly blew up and had no support and an unintelligible manual I decided to bite the bullet and pay $50 more for a name brand (Hitachi) drive from Drives Warehouse. The drive is much better engineered and has very good documentation. Drives warehouse has excellent at the end of the phone support and online downloadable documentation. Worth every penny!
Very helpful. Customer service was excellent. They helped me setup my drive and recommended the right product. Prices were on point too.
