Horrible experience with Madison Arnold. He wasted over 5 hours of my time, *lost my driver’s license(which he mentioned it was very common here)*, and tried to push unwanted add-ons. Even the front desk was rude. I walked away from my dream car — I’d rather pay more elsewhere for better service and basic respect. - check all documents throughly before you buy. But my advice - DO NOT BUY HERE!!! EP will never publish this on their website.
I had a good stress free day at this dealership. And got a good deal . My Saleslady Christy Banks did an Excellent job in taking care of my needs. The whole experience was Exceptional.
