I recently had a ride with Thor from DriverSeat in Owen Sound, and I can honestly say he was one of the most caring and understanding drivers I’ve ever met. Living with a brain injury can make being in a car difficult for me at times, but Thor was incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire ride. He made me feel safe, comfortable, and respected. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. I truly can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Thor, for your kindness
We were very satisfied with both shuttle bus drivers and our round trip to Toronto. Thanks to Dan and Jeff for great service! The shuttles were super clean and in great condition.

Dealing with office personnel to get 5 women to the airport was a VERY difficult experience! Took several emails and two quotes to get set only to have a small mini van sent for pick up! Then to be told they quoted incorrectly and I needed to pay more! After promising a mini van would NOT show up in Toronto to pick us up, it did!!! 5 people 11 suitcases for a 3 hour drive home?!?!? Great service providing pick-up/drop-off at your home to many places in SW Ontario, including Pearson International Airport. We live in the Grey/Bruce area. It was very easy to book and pay online, communication was excellent and our driver Bill was a super nice guy and excellent driver. We will definitely book with them again and highly recommend them.
