After traveling in late June and leaving 2 voicemail messages with a concern I had not being satisfied with my service coming home Over a month later after me chasing them down then with 2 emails asking for some type of response. I was waiting over 2 hours for my driver at the airport . I was basically told the drivers always have to wait because customs is always behind, my driver left Kitchener 6 minutes after I landed to Toronto on a Friday ??? Used them for our wedding, highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly option and if you don’t care about having a black stretch limo. The drivers were on time and professional. And with the app you can track your driver so you always know where they are, super helpful when running shuttle service for guests!
