Their car lot had such nice vehicles. They also make sure these cars are in top shape before selling. I went in on Sunday to test drive a car & I was in love with it. They let us take it to test drive and told us to take our time. It wasn’t quite ready to be sold yet, but they made it possible to have it ready by Tuesday! Bought a 2024 Lexus RX 350 from Bruno Riechert last week. Bruno did a fantastic job explaining the different SUV models that Lexus and Toyota offered. This is the 2nd SUV that Bruno has helped me with. I will contact Bruno when I need to make another car purchase.
Unfortunately, they prefer customers who walk in without their own financing. If you are pre-approved from your bank already, they will try to convince you to let them run numbers too. If you refuse, you’ll notice how their whole attitude changes.
The sales team was very kind, the buying process was quick and easy. Those are the only good things I have. Now for the bad. I bought the vehicle over the weekend, it was the same weekend that they got it off a trade in. When I test drove it/bought it, it had not been detailed or anything fixed on it. After I bought it I left it with Driver's Way for them to detail it and fix a broken mirror on it. They had the vehicle for 11 days in order for them to "fix and detail" it.
