Really horrible service, sells guy literally told me I don’t care if I sell the car because I’m salary wow so unprofessional
Horrible service sells car to someone else and tells you that you have to wait for service to get done before you can purchase wow and knowing this dealership they will probably reply with something like oh this was a misunderstanding and we apologize after I wasted my whole day. They will probably say to contact them but there managers are really bad too and never take responsibility for there team.
Overweight salesman tried to redirect me to a lower price vehicle because of the color of my skin and my age, I feel very disrespected, racially profiled, I will NEVER shop at drivers way again.
Great experience...hard to say that about most car lots....But.. Our salesman Austin was great...would go back and deal with him again...
