Got a 12" sub from here took it home it was blown and they would not take it back
I used to recommend everyone to go here! But after that had a difficult time refunding me after 1 day a box that didn't even fit what it was supposed to.. no damage to the box and they couldn't simply make it right. And treated me in a very rude tone. Especially after 5+ years of being a loyal customer!! I'm a business rater and advertiser. No more business from me and my clients or followers.
I recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for car audio equipment or installation! They did a great job, great customer service and very reasonably priced! I will be back!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. And when I go to try and fix the problem that I have with their products, they blame me and cuss me out. AND on top of all that, they won't give me a refund that was promised when I first bought this product from them. I would not recommend drivers edge to anyone wanting a good product for expensive prices.
