I think the service at this location is horrible unless you are getting an oil change, otherwise take your money elsewhere. I WILL NEVER UTILIZE THEM AGAIN, IF IT WAS FREE I STILL WOULDN'T USE THEM. They do 1/2 jobs and take advantage of customers. After spending 2,000 my car is worse than it was when they started the repair.
I went for an oil change and fuel filter Change on a Nissan Titan XD diesel. I asked several times for an estimate and none was provided. I brought my own oil and filter and was charged 189 dollars for this service. I can have this same service done at the dealership for less money having them provide all materials. I was just ripped off. I was extremely disappointed in how the kid behind the counter smiled in my face with pure arrogance when he saw that I was upset by this ridicules cost. RecommendedService was commendable Except I got home and discovered an unknown $40 Svc fee on my bill? It would have been better if your sales guy was up front with me about the Uber charge& 40 bucks for one way svc ?
Customer service was outstanding, very nice very friendly and very professional. It may be the day I chose but it took 2 hours to get an inspection done. My only complaint on what was overall a great service would be the wait
