I recommend them to everyone! I called them to take a second look after a service call from alatec. The tech made sure that we stayed on the same page. He explained everything he was looking at, and he gave me all of my options. He even told me what he would do in the situation. He was obviously not trying to sale me a bunch of parts like alatec was. I feel like he was really trying to help me out. The bottom line is I paid $200 to fix something that Alatec quoted me $1100 to fix. Easy choice for me.

I highly recommend DRIVER REFRIGERATION & AC. Mr. Mitchell at Driver has provided us excellent, quality, professional and reasonably priced (read: "lowest priced") service for over eight years. He and his partner, Travis, have serviced and repaired our units at our former and present homes. Today they quickly came to the rescue to repair our heat and saved us over $200 on parts! Love Driver!

Outstanding customer service! My A/C fan motor went out overnight so I called a company I'd used before and they said they wouldn't be able to get to me until the following evening, maybe! So I opened the Yellow Pages and found Driver Refrigeration. I called them and, although they were booked for the day, Mr Mitchell told me not to worry, that I needed air conditioning and he would get someone to me that day.
