What a great old school facility! They have everything! Always love training here!
Just did my first session with Bear today. He is great at what he does. He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Plus he was able to work out some issues that were causing me pain and problems in my daily life. For reference, I work construction and have abused my body for years.
I've been a member of Driven Performance for 2 years and couldn't be happier! The CLASSES are quick, 30 minutes of continuous movement and did I mention how CLEAN everything is. I love that everytime I go to class it is not the same old boring routine. All the coaches put a lot of thought on customizing each class. They have a flexible class schedule so if morning is your thing you can go as early as 5:15 AM class to 9:00 AM or afternoon classes. I am so happy I made the decision to join 2 years ago! I love this gym so much! Everybody is so welcoming and kind, especially the coaches. It is open to all fitness levels, and the coaches are more than willing to help out with modifications! I was even able to start working out again just a couple days after my surgery because of all they were able to do for me. I would recommend this gym to anybody that doesn't want working out to feel like a chore :)
