We took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Driven PDR in Findlay today for a dent repair in my driver’s door. The dent has disappeared but a huge scratch is now in the door just below where the dent was. When my husband picked up the Jeep he was told by the employee that the scratch was there. This was not true. Now I will have to pay even more money to have this fixed to prevent rust damage. Driven PDR refuses to make this right. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
