Went in for new Snug Top gas struts. They had the parts in stock and installed them, reasonable price. Then Jerry tightened up all the loose parts on the hatch/door, no charge. While I was there a guy brought in parts he had purchased on the internet for his topper that didn't fit his truck. Jerry had the right parts for his truck in stock. The guy had the nuts to ask if Jerry would just trade the stuff he bought on the internet for the correct parts. I brought my SnugTop in for new latches, hinges and hardware and it's working like new again! They had most parts in stock and ordered some specialty pieces too. Total pros! Thank you for the great service and workmanship!
