Out-of-state buyer. Found a car that was in their inventory, which was a Rebuilt title. I requested for a copy of title for verification of status, better pictures to be able to see what i'm going to be purchasing, asked if the safety inspection certificate was available, and he comes back at me with mockery for asking for all that i asked for.
