Jarel was exceptionally courteous and generous with his time when I inquired about purchasing a used Forester from him, even though he had just sold it to another buyer. He recently took the time to address several of my concerns with a used Forester that I just purchased, despite the fact that I had purchased it from another party. His responses were very thorough and honest. If I am in need of future maintenance I certainly plan on contacting Jarel. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Jarel! He paid the majority of our pre-sale inspection, met with us three times, always on our own terms, was transparent about the car's history, repairs, and condition (showing us the relevant documents, including the vehicle history report), and alerted us in the middle of the sale when the diagnostic computer threw a p0420 code (catalytic converter). Top notch car dealer. As an out of town buyer Jarel helped answer all of my questions and was prompt in communication. He hand picks his vehicles and goes through them thoroughly. What needed to be replaced was replaced, no short cuts taken. After 1000 miles in the vehicle I purchased this still holds true. Great buying experience. Highly recommend and will be back for my next one.
