I called ahead to Kevin to see if he might be able to help me diagnose a potential issue with my CPU cooler. Upon arrival, I was helped and the issue was diagnosed in 5 minutes or less. Kevin ordered a new cooling unit and had it installed in less than 48 hours for a very reasonable cost. Everything worked and looked properly installed. I highly recommend Drive Guys and Kevin for their knowledge, quality, and service speed.
Drive Guys were a life safer. I had a western digital drive that fell over slightly and completely stopped working. I had an entire wedding video that took months to edit on the drive and could not access it. If I lost the project I would have had to pay back my clients thousands of dollars, but lucky Drive Guys were able to recover everything! It didn’t take them long and the price they charged was great compared to other places.
