Omg. This was the most amazing experience I’ve had yet at Drive n’ Shine. My technician, Jeremy, was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and informative, but not pushy. His energy was so infectious and it made my gray day better. His service was quick and efficient but I didn’t feel rushed. I need to talk to HR or a head manager regarding an oil change that was done improperly, if nothing is resolved nor responded to within (30) said days then I will be forced to involve litigation procedures.
