my car was broken into and window got busted and getting a hold of customer service was impossible they never contact me I drove all the way to there headquarters and they weren’t even there during business hour very disappointing I thought this was a legit company

Car is too expensive, customer service is poor and they always try to charge you with nonsense fees!

They have a class action lawsuit currently pending as they defrauded several customers by not returning the customers deposits and then they just up and moved to Las Vegas. Check the courts in the next 6 months for the class action proceedings against them. Additionally , Drive Sally recently had a DATA BREACH but they can’t prove who breached their database which allows some random people access to some of your personal information stored in Drive Sally’s systems. FRAUD !

I would really recommend drive Sally car rental tania and Jose are very caring and respectful people every time I had an issue with something they both would help me and make sure that everything is correct and that I am happy with the services tania and Jose they both go above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smooth and make sure that you are happy with there rental services.

The office was nice and clean. Well organized. Jose and Tonya were very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend coming driving with Sally: great benefits and very flexible with working with payments. Great company
