-10 stars. I will never come here again. I had them put brake, rotors, and want them to change the tires with rims out. He could not do it because rims did not fit. So instead of call me he put on the small tires on the big rims. This is safety hazard driving. He putting my family at risk and I am out money for the tires because he stretch them.
My daughter received fantastic and friendly service! She broke down on her way to college from OH to SC, so 5+ from either location. The team was able to squeeze her in and got her on the road in three hours. Staff was very friendly and price for service was reasonable. Thanks Drive Safe team!
Lost brakes driving from Florida to Pa with my daughters. Stayed in Wytheville for the night. Called a bunch of places that were booked. Drive Safe took me before 8 AM and had new brakes by 10. Thank you so much!
Crooks, they do more to your vehicle than it needs, jack your bill way up, and tell ya fixed but it's not, definitely no professional mechanics here, beware of drive safe automotive, difficult to deal with when there is a problem
