Never thought I'd be giving Drive Safe a critical review but yet here we are. For the last 4 or so years Drive Safe was THE ONLY place I took my vehicle for any and all servicing and repairs. The mechanical expertise, fair pricing, and excellent customer service made me a fiercely loyal customer. Sadly, after my most recent appointment, that worry free trust and fierce loyalty is gone. They do great work, reasonable prices and quick service!
Took a car to Eric to have him diagnose a fuel leak. $200 later told me to replace the fuel tank, fuel pump and it was going to be like 7 hours labor. He didn't even pull the girl tank and look for the problem. But only hooked it to a computer. Took it to another garage and 3 hours labor to put a new fuel pump gasket in. $300 to fix the problem. Would've cost $2k at drive safe. If you got money to burn go for it.
I would recommend Eric for any automotive need. I had a blowout on interstate and he helped me with a new tire in his spare time. I appreciate Eric and would use him again when needed.
I'm new to the area, and I didn't know where to take my 2020 Corvette to have new exhaust put on. I was told by a friend about Eric and Drive Safe Auto. I spoke to Eric, and he assured me that he could do the work. Eric did a great job. It looks and sounds amazing. Next will be the intake. Thank you, Eric, for a great job and assuring me. I most def suggest Drive Safe Auto for anything you need done.
