Lost brakes driving from Florida to Pa with my daughters. Stayed in Wytheville for the night. Called a bunch of places that were booked. Drive Safe took me before 8 AM and had new brakes by 10. Thank you so much!
Crooks, they do more to your vehicle than it needs, jack your bill way up, and tell ya fixed but it's not, definitely no professional mechanics here, beware of drive safe automotive, difficult to deal with when there is a problem
Took a car to Eric to have him diagnose a fuel leak which turned into $106.89 later and his secretary told me to replace the fuel tank, fuel pump and it was going to be like 7 hours labor. He didn't even pull the fuel tank and look for the problem. Which in this case would've found it under the back seat. If I would've know how easy it was to access I would have fixed it myself. But he only hooked it to a computer and noted there was a fuel leak. Took it to another garage and 3 hours labor to put a new fuel pump gasket in. $... read more
Was using drive safe automotive for awhile I have 3 cars I was letting him fix. prices started get more expensive Everytime I went and it seemed like I was there every week for something else being wrong with car the last straw was after he changed my brake lines my son was driving the car and he did not tighten the bolts all the way and my tire fell off on the highway
