They are very professional and speak to you like a normal person. None of the staff have a sense of arrogance like I've seen at other shops. They are very respectful of your time. I was told that my car would be ready by 2p and I got a text at 155p stating that the car was ready. Their prices are comparable or better than anyone one around.
Had 4 brand new tires put on this morning. My appointment was at 7:30am, and my car went back at that exact time. Ended up using the holiday coupon for the free mounting and balancing. Couldn't have went any better. Service staff was excellent and I was back on the road in 1 hour!! 5 Stars all the way!!
I've had my car serviced at Drive Pros on several occasions and will continue to bring it there for all my service needs. The service advisors are great! They're very helpful and honest without being the least bit pushy. The technicians get the job done right the first time every time and the cost is always fair!
