Drive Pros staff was exceptionally helpful on a recent visit. Initially I called for a quote on a set of tires. The price quoted was a bit over what we had budgeted. I thanked them for the quote but before disconnecting the call the staff member asked if there was anything that they could do to earn our business. I gave them the budget that I had in mind. The service was fantastic, from calling to get a price on tires to walking in and being welcomed with smiling faces, a clean environment, to my car being pulled in the shop to get new tires!
