Extremely rude owner on Facebook being rude on Facebook and disrespecting our town. I hate to break it to you people but jefferson county doesn't put up with things like this and you will be impacted by it. Trash talking other businesses and the community that keeps your pockets lined. I'll keep my business with Creamers and I'm sure others feel the same
Extremely unprofessional place of business. Their lack of manners and respect towards customers and people in this community is very concerning. I would ride my bike before buying or getting my car serviced here!
The owner lacks professionalism in a bad way! Arguing with customers over their bad reviews which were probably earned by the lack of professionalism!!! I would not recommend this place of business to do any business!
RecommendedBeen to drive pros multiple times nothing but good experiences.. Daniel helped me with the finances on my mustang and made everything work for me! Will definitely do business there again
The aweful comments the owner is leaving. Be respectful of what your customers are trying to say. I've never been to this place, but I can tell from these comments with the customers I wouldn't want to. You guys may be good at what you do but I would rather have an all around mechanic (meaning kind and genuine to all and can do their work.) Including the owner.
The business owner is on Facebook being VERY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to MANY customers/potential customers about his business. He is calling these people nobody’s. A few people even said how their work was not done properly and had to get fixed elsewhere and the owner replies back with how he doesn’t need their business because he has 5 star ratings and makes millions of dollars a year! very rude unprofessional and extreme ripoff
I have done business with DrivePro’s several times. Each time has been a pleasurable and professional experience. I appreciate the DrivePros has done their part in renewing and renovating a (in my eyes) landmark to Charles Town. Prime real estate that not long ago had been fallen to vandalism, theft, and deterioration. DrivePros appears to employ over 20 people at it’s Charles Town location alone, that has been open for a couple short years. DrivePros also contribute to local business.
