This place is a joke! My husband bought a 2007 Buick Lucerne on July 3, 2017. One week later it started shutting while driving! We took it to a Buick dealer and they couldn't diagnose it! We notified drive now, because we also purchased the 1700$ warranty the pushed! They had us take the vehicle to Dickson to Alexander Chevrolet, after a week an a half they called us to pick it up, 250$ for a wire harness. I have got 2 cars in paying for here, one is great. The other a 2013 Ford focus, has been in the shop 3 times for the same problem, the transmission When we've called they say they can't do anything about it even though they've known about the problem the day I bought it. Now I'm stuck with a car that's in the shop more than I drive it and no one will do anything I have a 5 year lemon car I have to pay for.
