Are you kidding me!!! To send a pre paid UPS package they want to charge a $5.00 SERVICE FEE!! That's what I call great customer service. $5.00 for what - For them to hand to UPS driver. I will just have UPS pick up from my house.......I will let other know don't go there, besides I tried their lattes before & awful, that was my thought before I went to mail UPS Pre Paid package!!!
funky delivery service – First they violated the integrity of packing without permission (removed and examined all items then packed in different box), Then they violated user confidentiality (gave out my business contact information). The service itself was bogus: I paid fifty bucks for next day delivery (for my daughters birthday) and was assured it would get there on time, only to find after a week of her waiting that the package was forwarded to US Post office where it took seven days to deliver!
