Updating original my review after several weeks of mechanical issues with the truck I bought this (February) year. I was happy with Brian’s help during the original purchase and everyone was very helpful. However, after a single week of having my new truck(which I loved), the fuel pump went down followed by a very loud rattling coming from under the truck when I was driving. 1 Star AT BEST. Don't let all the five star reviews fool you. They buy those with the promise of a full tank of gas if you do so. They sold my daughter-in-law a car that immediately leaked oil all over the garage floor... Then 3 weeks in and the air conditioning compressor totally died. These cars only come with a 2-week warranty, so they are stuck with over a $2,000 bill to replace the AC compressor on a car that they've only put a couple hundred miles on.
Yarytma was hands down the BEST to work with! She was so knowledgable and transparent throughout this process! I came in hopeful but not expecting much. From the second Yarytma came out and greeted us i got a good feeling! I am so glad we went through Drive N-Motion, they had the best support!! Nathan was also very helpful and soo kind explaining anything i asked! :)
