I recently used SpareFoot to find a storage unit and was directed to your location. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I discovered that the unit was not available, forcing me to rent another storage at double the cost. When I attempted to cancel the reservation with Public Storage the same day, I was repeatedly transferred to the location, where no one was available for hours.
