Joining Drive I went from couch to Killington Spartan beast in 5 months. I have seen a complete change in my health. I have lowered my cholesterol, triglycerides, and weight to healthy numbers. I have dropped my blood pressure to very healthy range. 106/67 with resting BP of 58. The changes in my health have been amazing. I grow stronger and healthier everyday at Drive. Go there for Power Yoga. Love it ! Love the instructors, they make you feel so comfortable, even when sometimes we can't not do some position. They are all awesome. Love the whole place♡
