We worked with Alyssa to find a sleep plan that would help our 5 month old who really struggled to sleep longer than 45 minutes. We had previously sought her services for our firstborn and knew she would be the perfect partner in this journey with our second. Alyssa Marrello coached us and worked with us to create a sleep plan that works for us and our baby. Alyssa was very accommodating, patient, and provided expert advice that helped us to feel reassured and confident. Most importantly, we were able to sleep through the night shortly after starting our sleep plan! The sessions were all covered under our benefits which was excellent.
