He was very nice! He helped me even without an appointment . He explained the cars history and was willing to work with me when I bought the car out right! He even said if something wore to happen he would help with it. I’ve never heared a car salesman say that! I’m so happy with my new ford explorer ❤️
Went to see a red Mazda that was in the inventory. Car had damage that was not posted in the pictures. Car also was being charged when I arrived but still continuously shout off and I was not able to test drive. Due to the car not looking like the pictures and not being able to stay on I did pass. Even though these issues were present the salesman was pleasant and offered to show me more cars.
Place is a complete joke! have. Have had 2experiences with them. 2/24 looked at a Ram 2500 that required THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs that they would fix a couple problems only and would not negotiate on price that was at top of the market to begin with. Most recently 2/25 they scheduled a test drive for my son and we show up on time to "soonest possible" appointment and there was "mistake" and another group was test driving the car. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Friendly, helpful, no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend.
Liars, Manipulators, they assured me all their vehicles pass the echeck, my car is sitting right now with a failed echeck, I’m done with used cars you never know what you gonna get!!!!!
